Equals(MemberDescriptor?)

Indicates whether the current object is equal to another object of the same type.

public bool Equals(MemberDescriptor? other)

Parameters

other MemberDescriptor

An object to compare with this object.

Returns

bool

true if the current object is equal to the other parameter; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Compared by declaring type, kind and name rather than by the reflection member itself. Reflection hands out a different MemberInfo for the same property depending on the type it was reached through, and two descriptors for one inherited property must count as the same member or it would be mapped twice.
